Main characteristics of this machine tools
★This machine tools is mainly used for grinding of internal hole, stepped hole, internal tapered hole of work piece.
★Feed and compensation of machine tools is executed by two non-interference drive mechanisms. The feed system has the function of fixed-stroke grinding and adopts manual or hydraulic feed method.
★The machine tools is equipped with fast hopping mechanism. Therefore, the tools does not need to be adjusted after the grinding wheel is withdrawn for measurement or dressing.
★The work table is started by hydraulic switch valve to ensure instant security during assembly and disassembly of work piece.
★In case of a special order, the machine tools can be equipped with high-speed grinding wheel spindle of 1800r/min to adapt to the grinding requirement of 20〜50mm hole.
