Main characteristics of this machine tools
This machine tools is mainly used for grinding of internal hole, stepped hole and internal tapered hole with small aperture.
The guide rail of machine tools adopts double-V preload high-precision rolling guide rail with good rigidity. High-speed high-power electric grinding wheel spindle powered by static frequency converter is adopted, which is of low energy consumption and small noise. The feed mechanism adopts triple-roller system which is hydraulically controlled and has high precision. This machine is equipped with end face grinding device to ensure the perpendicularity of work piece internal hole and end face.
